Good way to look at it, although the shoulder is way more complicated than the glutes. There's real complexity in the scapula and all the rotator cuff muscles which just isn't quite the case with hips and pelvis Never mind needing your arms for sports. You need them for everything: dressing, bathing, cooking, eating, .......... living!

Hi, Im curious as to why I cant find the roller I bought from Academy made by your company with your logo on your youtube channel. Its a super intense black roller with spikes and is fantastic for releasing muscle knots. Im just surprised its not even shown on your channel. Any reason why?

He shouldn't have moved her head that way. It wasn't necessary, could cause injury... he should have simply asked her to make the movements herself.

Exactly what I needed but I think either my pancreas, spleen, or stomach is causing the initial pain for whatever reason. When I performed this exercise I got instant relief in the thoracic region but I was surprised that the side that was most tender was the opposite side I've been have the pain on. I've been having pain on the left lower back just to the left of the spine that wrapped around the lower rib cage and abdomen area. I've been having trouble walking for years, mainly with my right side. I just don't know what to do because doctors can never tell me anything. Where could I learn more about what causes thoracic issues?

Maaaaan guys this lil ball is saving my life…. Like no joke… no lie…. No clickbait… I injured my back two years ago and had sharp pain behind my left shoulder blade this then made me have sooooo many problems on my left side such and left knee problems stomach issues headaches numbness in left hand it’s been rufff but dude I finally got so upset at the pain n feeling of wanting to crack my back in in the main area and all the new one that first spot seems to have created. I had a foam roller but to be real bruh it was super wack. It was soft n warn out. So I went to Walmart thinking 🤔 let me buy the hardiest roller they got and seen this ball and it was like I knew that wat I needed. I’ve had it two or 3 mnts now and it to a while of daily moving spots n trying the exercises yall show but honestly honestly honestly I’m feel so damn good starting to workout again stilllllll got the original sore spot that feels like I need top pop sum between my shoulder behind my left shoulder but it seem deep I try ever single day almost anytime I’m free and free like I get close but my not sure if I’ll die cuz it get light headed but each time I try I get lil minor clicks n pops and get soooo much relief so I’ll get u update on this uncrackable back …. I’f I don’t update it cuz I got way to into the roller ball ( I love the feeling I’ll roll for hours with candles n meditation music) and probably Broke my spine trying to fix this injury or my plan will work and it will finally pop and I’ll scream n cry n run jump praises to god n yo y’all mofos at the trigger point media page for making this damn thing imma kiss y’all ceo

Thats going to do exactly the opposite you are advertising it to do. A massage gun causes the capillaries the muscle to spam and impairs circulation. This causes a predisposition to strain. You could argue that limbering up of the muscle is more beneficial but I disagree since a normal massage does not have any caveats.

As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!

LOVED the price for all that it is, was looking for a ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx1N3gatJfHIxCsI2TbcOH1-k8v-EDJ40N bench specifically with Roman chair capabilities. It was easy to assemble, light enough to move around easily, but sturdy and stable too. We put gym floor pads under it in the garage for added stability but doesn't really need it. Easy to adjust. The dumbell storage underneath isn't super useful and they tend to slide off sideways, but not a necessary feature for us. Thanks for not price gouging when everyone else is on exercise equipment during quarantine times!

Great video my man! I played some college football, use to lift often but Im older now. Trying to get back into the gym. I have a bigger roller and let me say it is a LIFE CHANGER! Something pertaining to it getting the blood flowing and endorphins firing or something like that. Just think this is why cats & dogs also stretch, so they can react quickly. You can feel the roller penetrate the muscle! Im not just using a phrase - Because this DOES somehow wake your body up & it's easier to breathe once I finish with it. It's like a shot of adrenalin. Just think folks, millionaires have & can pay for Professionals coming to THEM & have this done, sometimes daily or at least weekly. Just like cosmetic surgery, this gives THEM an EDGE!!! But you can get some benefits too, with a Roller (the best cheap investment ever), the short or long version. Those taller wheels are cool too, (I have both) but you can't do as many exercises. Now coaching, our student-athletes even use these at the college & varsity level. It's fantastic. Buy a roller, and you wont be sorry. ** PS> If you get the ones with NUBS, this is a different experience & may hurt some people. My father is in his 70s & it hurt. They can be hard trigger point NUBS. So I would go with the regular cushioned rollers, like the one this guy has. Target, Walmart, any Sporting goods store will sell them. Good luck!
